In this presentation based on his newly published McGraw-Hill book Create Your Future the Peter Drucker Way: Developing and Applying a Forward Focused Mindset, Bruce Rosenstein, Managing Editor of Leader to Leader will guide you to developing a strong and meaningful future.

Bruce will discuss how to:

Create Your Future the Peter Drucker Way is based on Bruce’s research into the life and work of Peter Drucker, the “father of modern management,” who died at 95 in 2005. Bruce also wrote 2009’s Living in More Than One World: How Peter Drucker's Wisdom Can Inspire and Transform Your Life. He interviewed Drucker for the books, and earlier, for USA TODAY!

BRUCE ROSENSTEIN

Bruce Rosenstein is Managing Editor of Leader to Leader, a publication of The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute (formerly the Leader to Leader Institute and earlier the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management), and Jossey-Bass.

He is the author of Living in More Than One World: How Peter Drucker's Wisdom Can Inspire and Transform Your Life (Berrett-Koehler, 2009) and Create Your Future the Peter Drucker Way (McGraw-Hill, November, 2013).

He worked for USA TODAY from 1987-2008, and since 1996 he has been an adjunct professor in library and information science at The Catholic University of America.

  Dupont Circle Metro Station (Red Line) South Exit to 40Plus Office.

  1. Leave the Dupont Circle Metro Station by the 19th Street SOUTH exit.
  2. At the top of the escalator (street level), turn 180 degrees, and walk a short distance towards Dupont Circle.
  3. Turn right and walk counter-clockwise around the outside of the Circle, past Connecticut and Massachusetts Avenues.
  4. At P Street, turn right . Proceed on P Street past 18th Street.
  5. 40Plus is near the end of the block on the right side, at 1718 P Street, in the Webster House apartment building.
  6. See below for ONCE YOU ARE AT THE BUILDING the 40Plus office is in the basement/one flight down on "level 'T' " You can't miss it.
