ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Cindy Schuler is founder/owner of IntegriStar HR Consulting. During her 20-year career in human resources, Schuler has managed the full cycle of human resource management, including setting, enforcing, and evaluating human resources policies and procedures, best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic organizational goals.
Schuler has also authored multiple articles and presented as a speaker for The Society for Human Resource Management, The Association for Association Leadership, National Business Institute, Business and Legal Reports, and the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master’s degree from Strayer University.
Schuler is currently a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Professional Association of Resume Writers. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).
