A Coach’s Mindset in Times of Transition

This interactive session will explore what it takes to develop and implement what, arguably, will be the most important skill for times of transition. A leader’s ability to maneuver in an ever-changing dynamic world requires a coaching mindset. We will decipher how a coaching mindset looks in action and look at how such a mindset can transform your professional journey.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Create awareness around how a coaching mindset differs from other common approaches.
  2. Understanding of how a coaching mindset can transform your professional journey.
  3. Identify the key skill areas of a coaching mindset and specific ways to develop each.
