Selling is not an easy job, and selling yourself can seem even harder. She will show you how she has used her 20 years in sales and sales leadership roles to coach individuals using basic selling skills to find the job that isn’t advertised.

 Lynn has spent the majority of her 20-year sales career helping the organizations she has worked for be successful across every industry in the US, internationally, with specific focus on Brazil. Working in professional services, training, technology and the information fields, she has helped the companies she has worked for expand their customer base by primarily acquiring new customers and helping grow existing clients. Having been both an individual sales contributor as well as sales leader, she consistently has met and exceeded revenue and profit goals achieving more than $25 million annually. Her passion for developing employees resulted in developing and retaining top notch sales teams and being recognized for hiring and developing high performing sales talent.

Most recently she has been doing consulting: working with franchise operations, helping a company expand their operations, doing non-profit fundraising, and coaching individuals looking for employment using basis sales skills.
