Monday Morning Speaker:  Tracy Wade

Writing Resumes That Lead to Interviews

An effective job search begins with a resume that attracts the attention of potential employers. Find out how you can  identify your strengths as a candidate and present your value to prospective employers. What are the keys to land your  resume on the top of the A list?

Tracy Wade,  a native of the Washington, DC suburbs spent his childhood in PG County.  He  attended the University of Maryland, lived in Montgomery County for more than 10 years, and now reside in Frederick County, MD.   He has been a part of the business community in DC, MD, and VA for the last 15 years.
Professionally, he's been an Area Manager for companies such as Randstad and Manpower staffing for 10 years when he decided to start his own staffing firm 3 1/2 years ago.  The firm, Hire Power, provides permanent and temporary staffing solutions, as well as resume writing services, and resume writing and interview skills enhancement seminars.  They have placed hundreds of professionals with area employers, and have conducted employment search seminars for the general public, corporations and state and local government workforce agencies.
