Get Work Off Your Plate - Automate!

-- with Mary Sue Dahill

Automation isn't just for factories.

Consultants, freelancers and other solopreneurs need time- and labor-saving strategies as much as General Motors does. Maybe more.

Mary Sue Dahill with MSD Advisors is hired by business owners who are tired of tedious administrative tasks eating up all their time. What they want is to automate all of those tasks so they can avoid the high cost of hiring -- AND spend all that newfound time growing their business.

Using her methods, her clients rave about getting more done with less effort, cutting back on their work time, and saving money on unused technology. Clients include micro-businesses that are looking to scale without the headache and costs of hiring new staff.

Attendees walk away from this talk with:

  • Their opportunities to leverage digital tools and get tedious administrative tasks off their plate.
  • The five essential elements to automate and reclaim time without the high cost and headache of hiring.
  • Two simple but brilliant moves that will yield lasting benefits.

Don’t let your business own you. You will gain valuable insights into how to leverage digital tools and the impact it could have on your bottom line.

About the Speaker

Mary Sue Dahill does it all, just like every solopreneur and business owner. She is a mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, caregiver, community volunteer, and business owner.

Mary Sue started her business in early 2017 to have the time, energy, and flexibility to participate in life and do work that she loved with people that inspired her.  She quickly learned that wearing so many hats and keeping all the balls in the air constantly challenged that promise. It was surprising to Mary Sue how difficult it was to manage everything without working all the time. So, she started working on how to solve this problem for herself.

It took a lot of research, time, and experimentation to select the right tools for her business that didn’t break the bank. She figured it out. The best part is that she not only had more time, but she also had more energy to focus on income-producing activities that have grown her business.

When she shared her approach and digital tools with other business owners, she found that they were really struggling in this area. Because most people don’t come from the tech world like Mary Sue, they spent a lot of money, time, and sometimes tears on digital tools that didn’t work. That’s when Mary Sue decided to pivot her business to help micro-businesses with streamlining their systems, leveraging the right digital tools for their business, and automating workflows.

Other than her family, Mary Sue loves a perfect margarita and everything Dachshund.
