Elizabeth Tishman is the Manager of the Temporary Division of Careers in Nonprofits. For the past two years she has worked with a team of recruiters to manage the full cycle of nonprofit recruitment, from short-term, administrative support assignments to ongoing Executive-level positions. In this role, Lise leverages five years of prior experience working in the nonprofit sector to understand the unique challenges that nonprofit organizations face today.

Prior to working in staffing, Lise worked in program management with a variety of job-readiness and college-prep nonprofits, including Goodwill, Communities in Schools and Liberty's Kitchen.

Larry Williams has over thirty years' experience as a Personnel Consultant conducting full life-cycle recruiting for a high technology, Fortune 100 clientele in the defense, intelligence, and homeland security communities. His experience includes recruiting applicants with high level clearances for positions in program management, software development, Cyber Security, "black box" design and delivery, database development and administration, systems and network administration, systems engineering, and telecommunications.

He has also been a senior recruiter for a not-for-profit Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) supporting the homeland security mission, virtually from inception.
