Do you? Managers and leaders often do so, including holding themselves and others accountable. When a culture of accountability at work is lacking:

Employees feel that there is a lack of leadership accountability.

Managers feel that there is a lack of employee accountability.

Coworkers feel that their colleagues aren't accountable to one another, the work, and/or the company.

In simpler terms, people don’t trust one another to do what’s expected of them.

A lack of accountability can lead to a number of dysfunctions: micro-managing; broken promises; apathy; disengaged teams; and frustrated employees. In this session, we will explore some of the basic constituents of accountability, including aligning accountability with responsibility and authority; making clear requests and agreements; effective communication; aligned collaboration; and clear consequences.

TRAIN THE SYSTEM RUNNING EVERYTHING: The Hidden Driver of Decision-Making, Leadership, and Performance with Jennifer Padawer (Mon, July 27, 2026)

TRAIN THE SYSTEM RUNNING EVERYTHING:

The Hidden Driver of Decision-Making, Leadership, and Performance

What if your greatest competitive advantage wasn't another certification, another networking event, or a stronger résumé?

What if it was your ability to consistently access more of yourself?

The version of you that communicates with confidence. Thinks with clarity. Listens without becoming defensive. Builds trust quickly. Recovers from setbacks. Leads with presence. Interviews at your best. And responds intentionally instead of reacting automatically.

Most of us spend years building experience, expertise, and credentials. Yet very few people ever learn how to train the system that determines how much of those strengths they can actually access.

That matters because your next opportunity won't be decided by your résumé alone.

It will be influenced by how you show up in the interview.

How quickly you build trust.

How confidently you communicate your value.

How well you navigate uncertainty, rejection, difficult conversations, and moments when the stakes feel high.

These are the human skills that create separation.

They're also becoming one of the greatest performance advantages in today's workplace because very few people are intentionally developing them.

This won't be a typical presentation.

Our last presentation before the fall season will be an interactive experience. You'll participate. You'll reflect. You'll experience practical tools in real time and leave with a framework you can immediately apply to interviews, networking conversations, leadership opportunities, and everyday interactions.

If you're looking for your next opportunity, hoping to advance your career, or simply wanting to become someone who consistently shows up at your highest capacity, this session will give you an advantage that extends far beyond your résumé.

Because the future belongs to people who don't just know more.

It belongs to the people who can consistently access more of what they already have.

Drawing on years in high-stakes corporate environments, she teaches leaders how to interrupt reactive decision-making, widen cognitive perspective, and respond strategically in complex situations.
