ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

This presentation will touch on the do’s and don’ts for candidates attending job fairs and career events. 

Mike Bruni – Talent Acquisition Manager

Mike Bruni possesses over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting & Staffing.  Mike is heavily experienced within the Defense and Intelligence Communities. Mike joined SAIC in January of 2005 after spending 7 years in the Staffing Industry.  Since joining SAIC, he has taken on many roles leading many initiatives to include Sourcing, Capture Staffing, Direct Recruiting, and Veteran Outreach. 

As a Sourcing Manager, Mike and his team build talent pipelines of individuals throughout the IC.  Provides staffing strategies in support of new business pursuits and proposals.  Leads a candidate outreach effort to provide organizational and personal branding for SAIC. 

In December of 2009, Mike was instrumental in standing up a centralized SAIC Military Recruiting Program, Operation MVP.  This program was designed to be an SAIC central point to recruit top talent from all Branches of the Military.  The program also put an emphasis on the recruitment of Wounded Warriors and Disabled Veterans.  He continues to lead this program presently.   

Mike is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager with the National Security Sector of SAIC.  He is based out of Springfield, VA and supports programs and operations worldwide.

  1. Leave the Dupont Circle Metro Station by the 19th Street SOUTH exit.
  2. At the top of the escalator (street level), turn 180 degrees, and walk a short distance towards Dupont Circle.
  3. Turn right and walk counter-clockwise around the outside of the Circle, past Connecticut and Massachusetts Avenues.
  4. At P Street, turn right . Proceed on P Street past 18th Street.
