About The Speaker:
Marlene McCallum is a professional coach trained by Accomplishment Coaching - a San Diego, CA based coach training company. She is founder of her own personal and professional development company, Most Powerful Life and for the last 5 years has been creating custom - in-person and tele- workshops for her clients and annual subscribers. Her main focus is coaching groups, teams and team leaders to reach both their peak performance while keeping an equally keen eye on their well-being and morale. Marlene is brought in by managers and team leaders to create highly effective teams with highly satisfied team members. Prior to becoming a coach, Marlene owned and operated a graphic design and visual communications company for ten years in the DC area. Marlene transitioned careers to follow a life-long dream of supporting others in creating lives that were fulfilling and personally meaningful. She lives in Germantown, MD with her husband, Andrew and their two year old daughter, Genevieve.
