How to Leave (when you don't know where to go)

Speaker Website:  www.oneyearexitplan.com

Have you ever been at a point in your job or career where you're ready to leave -- but you don't know where to go? How do you "get out" and ensure that the changes you'll make will be long-lasting and positive?

The One year Exit Plan workshop will teach you a new approach to long-lasting change, one that focuses on your strengths and values rather than on superficial goals or trends. In this workshop you will learn:

* How some people are towards-oriented and others are away-oriented

* Why "get-well-quick" changes don't stick

* How flexible planning improves your chances of success vs. "stove-pipe" planning

* The seven personal practices for long-lasting change

* How to approach fear and personal risk
